Today was frustrating. Trying to figure out calories in homemade food is what is frustrating. It gives me a headache. I can't eat everything out of premeasured containers. Driving me up the wall.

That aside I was able to get to the rec center 3 times this week and just walk, it felt alright. It was hard to make myself go and yesterday we didn't because there were just too many people there. It is good that my mom is going because when she doesn't feel like it I do so we seem to be motivating each other. I just wish that there was more space and a bigger variety of equipment. I wish they offered different kinds of classes like zumba and pilates or ballet conditioning that would be great. I've been doing yoga this week too and that feels really GOOD. I have three different dvds to choose from and I ordered a fourth yesterday. I find that working out at home requires variety so I do one workout from a dvd each day. Maybe I could just open up my own fitness club I have so many workout dvds and equipment... I'm also looking into the Vinyasa Flow Yoga, it seems like something I could actually manage. There are other things I want to start trying too like Tai Chi and Qigong. Also still riding the stationary for 50 minutes/11-11.5 mile trips. I've just about given up the hoop though maybe as my stomach starts going away it might be easier to get the hoop up. This coming week I'm going to start Pilates (I MUST START PILATES). I used to do so well with Pilates too bad I let life get in the way.

I'm wondering how I'm going to manage to keep working out if I have to go back to work soon. If I'm not able to workout as much I'm afraid I'm just going to stay stuck or pick weight back up again. I guess if I just keep up riding the bike I'll be fine but I know work was a big part of why I stopped with the pilates. I'd get home and just want to go to bed, it was so tiring.
