Just starting out today. Tracked on MFP, but lost interest. So I quit tracking and have gained the last two weeks. I need something to keep me accountable. And I need to track. Hoping a new site will spur me on. Not quite sure how all the bells and whistles work, but will explore it all to find out. Got another set of wheels (now the 3 of us - hubby, college aged son and I) don't have to share rides to get to our jobs. Hoping this freedom will cheer me up (spur me on)to spend more time at the Y in group exercise classes. The last 3 months with just one car were tough. Had to put my needs and wants aside to make things work for the family. Understood I needed to do it, but still felt angry about the struggle of it all. Also angry about putting my health to the wayside for it. So feeling hopeful that I'll get back on track - afraid that I won't. Just taking it one moment at a time.

Tracking everything accurately and honestly is a big key to success. It's become a normal part of my day, I actually look forward to it....not only does it keep me accountable but helps me plan and think about what I'm going to eat in advance. This is a great site, welcome, and just get right to it. Do it for yourself. Best wishes for your success!
