i just cant get it under control its monday hopefully doing the thing right will help ive lost interest nothing to spark me i start every day trying but fail never give up i dont know why i need to lose ten pounds by june i know i can do it so what mental thing is blocking me
122.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
