The first thing you need to do is get your motivation back. If you have been following your diet poorly, you need to get back on track with eating. Life can throw us off track at times and you fall off, forgive and get back to it. Get some fitness magazines. Take a new class. Get an ipod with music you love and go for walks. The thing with motivation is you have to find it in yourself. Once you get back to eating healthy and exercising, you will feel so good, you will want to continue. Do things that will help you feel good about yourself. Give yourself a kick and get back to it. You can do it.
