I am out of control!! My eating and exercise habits are out of control! One celebration after the other and I am using food as a celebration! I need someone to talk me down!

Hey K, Just step away from the cliff. Phew. Now...just continue what you have been doing to lose weight. Do it now. Do not wait until tomorrow. Drink water, go for a walk. Get your endorphins moving. Come back and be prepared to be in a lighter more positive mood. Do not allow yourself to continue today feeling bad and doing things that are only going to make you feel worse. Ditto Verge! It's funny how our minds do that, we think celebration = food, and not just food, the really bad for us, most tasty treats. Take back the control! Healthy food can be yummy too and is so much more worth it. And remember how good you feel after a workout? Yep, so go get moving!

Morning, Its a new day and nothing to stop you taking back control. Now you have control make the decisions that will make you happy long term. There is nothing to feel bad about that is all filed in the yesterday cabinet. So now what is the first decision of your day? Smile and say that you have not quit.......
