I've been crazy busy here trying to get my plants transplanted while we have a little sun. This weather is just crazy.... I just don't know what's up with me lately. I just can't seem to get back in the mindset I used to have. Being a Carb Addict is horrible. I do really good for a few days and then I'm off to eating whatever I can get my hands on again. I know I can do it, because I did very well before. I'm just not able to stick with it. Veggies are just SSSSOOOOOOO expensive here and now that hubby is retired and on a limited income, it's just easier to buy the cheap(carb filled crap). I'm hoping that when I finally start getting my own garden produce, it will help my mindset change?????????
