FINALLY, some warmer weather and sunshine. Must be my Big Sis sent some to me. LOL Another day of good eating. I feel so much better when I eat low carb. I don't have the blood sugar spike and crashes. I need to come here everyday and just stick with it. Very hard to do when I don't get much support at home. Everyone here can eat what they want. Cookies, chips, just junk to low carbers. Hope all are well.
Any ideas why I can't save my first journal entry? I always have to re-enter it and then it says. Is anyone else having this problem?????
