Ok here it is, I have been following my diet very closely monitoring everything that goes in my mouth, no cheating no pop no chocolate nothing. I have been working out like a madman and I am finally back below 300lbs!!!
I was up this morning at 4:45am and at the gym by 5:05 feeling tired but good.
I hope the rest of you early warriors I hope you have a great day. If your workout is yet to come work hard and see the end.
