Well I ran for the first time since before my surgery on April 1st. I ran five kilometers or about 3 miles in 29:22 I looked up my best time on the internet from Sept 2000 and that was 28:25 I was expecting a time of like 40:00 or more but I am very impressed and proud of myself. Gonna clean a couple of bathrooms and do some laundry then I feel motivated enough to go to the gym!!!!
Don't give into temptation and work hard today.

Still a little sore from the bike ride two days ago but it is passing, gonna take it easy today and just go for a walk. Work hard and don't give into temptation, just see yourself being the weight you want to be!!

WOW!! I am sore from yesterday but still managed to get to the gym. I hope the rest of you work hard today and don't give into temptation. Good luck, Dar

I DID IT!!!! My first over 50km bike ride. It took me 2:12:30!!!! I have been working hard and the other day I did just under 40km but today I did it!!!
