I had a good food weekend. I ate well and resisted many temptations to munch. It is easier not to eat out of boredom when I am at home taking care of a 1 yr old. However, this week at the office will be a test for me. I must remember to bring healthy low-cal snacks and keep to my daily eating plan.
I was pleasantly surprised on Saturday when I discovered a relatively low-cal dessert -- Chocolate covered strawberries! A couple of those are great and my two favorite things combined.
Yoga went well on Friday and I will go to Tai Chi today for my strength exercises.
