Today is day 4. Ok so last night again I gave into temptation and had a bowl of vanilla ice cream. Not good - however at least this time I gave it some thought before I did it. I know that's not good but it does indicate I'm starting to think more about the consequences to my actions. I am still loving this site. The person who thought this up is seriously a genius. As I've stated before, the barcode is definitely my most favorite feature. This morning I was able to enter in my breakfast, lunch and snack in less than 5 minutes. For someone who hates journaling food, this is fabulous!!
Its Valentines day and I really want to ride Mary but I'm not sure. Ok so I doubt Thao will do anything for me but I'd like to be able to give him the chance. I did buy him a card and will pick up something on my way home for him. At the very least, I will do my treadmill.
