So last night I completely ignored all good eating choices and went out for dinner with Thao. He took me to the Chinese buffet - OH GREAT >sarcastic comment< I started out really good. I took Peel your own shrimp, chicken, green beans, Corn, boc choy and then I lost it. I had desert UGH anyway, that was yesterday and today I'm back on track

I just finished a 45 minute go on the treadmill. I jogged 4.9 for 25 minutes and 4.0 for 5 minutes and 3.5 for 10 minutes and then cooled down for 5 minutes. I journaled it for 45 minutes at 4.0. There was no other way for me to do it. I'm not exactly ready to jog at 5.0 for a long time. Although that's kind of stupid considering I did 4.9 for 25 minutes.

Today I'm going to finish up the laundry then go see Mary and ride. After that I'm going to spend the afternoon with Tony. I can't wait to see him. I bought him some coat conditioner.
