I'm really happy that I'm losing but I feel like I'm not working hard enough for what should happen. I have to find another substitution for the salty foods. I've been really good about staying away from the cookies and cakes but man the salt is trying to do me in. Urggg! I know that it will come around and I'm sooo looking forward to being who I want to be and haven't been for YEARS!!!

I can't remember, can you chew gum? If so, you might try chewing a spearmint gum. I heard that it helps reduce hunger. I have tried it and it seems to work as long as you don't skip a meal or something in which case your going to be hungry ;-). Maybe it will help with the salt craving too.
