Well today I must say I'm way more positive than my first post. I absolutely adore the iPhone app!! I think the part I love the most is that you can scan a barcode and it knows all the nutritional facts. Holy cow that's huge with me. This morning I went to Starbucks to get my daily dose of black strong coffee. I saw a small breakfast meal there. It was 1 hard boiled egg, 2-3 pieces of apples, 5-7 grapes, 2 small pieces of cheese, 1 small multigrain muesli and a honey peanut-butter spread. There's multiple items I would have had to look up and enter but all I had to do was scan the barcode and BAMB all the nutritional information was entered into my food journal. YEAH!!! love it
Last night I did 30 minutes on the treadmill. I did half of the workout at deck level 9 and half deck level 1. Warmup was between 2.5 and 3.5 and I leveled off the rest of the walk at 3.8.
This morning I finally stepped on the scale. Its funny how I knew almost to the 10th of a pound how much I weighed. That's a pretty strong statement. I now know based on how my clothes fit, how much I weigh. Ok so I was disappointed with the number because a year ago I weighed 180 but I wasn't surprised.
Today I'm really excited to be working with Penny and to know that someone's in my corner. When I get out of work, I plan to go ride Mary. Mary is such a forward horse that I find I have to be constantly tugging at the reinds so its working lots of back muscles. When I get home, I'll have dinner, relax a bit and get down to the treadmill. I am making a commitment to go 30 minutes a day on the treadmill.
Ok so that's it for now
