Actually started weight loss 2 weeks ago. Just found this site......... easier to keep track of food and progress.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1236 kcal Fat: 46.64g | Prot: 66.62g | Carb: 143.11g.   Breakfast: Butter, Oroweat Sandwich Thins - Multi-Grain, Green Snap Beans (Drained Solids, Canned), Fried Egg without Fat, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Tap Water, Butter, Uncle Ben's Country Inn Chicken Rice, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten). Dinner: Tap Water, Garden Cuts Green Leaf Lettuce, Mustard, Oroweat Sandwich Thins - Multi-Grain, Ground Chicken. Snacks/Other: Dasani Bottled Water (16.9 oz), Raw Vegetable, Red Delicious Apples. more...
