So much for staying on plan. It was too nice yesterday. I sat on my deck with my glass(es) of wine and soaked up some sun. I did do some yardwork but today I am going to till the gardens up. It is supposed to top 17 degrees today..yahoo
147.1 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
