tried my friends wiifit today...bmi is 40. and my age is 45...yikes!

Don't get to scared of the BMI thing, the only way you will get an accurate reading is to actually have your body fat tested. I got brave one time and had it done and it wasn't bad at all. I was actually shocked. I had 20% body fat, which at the time, was very good. Now...I can tell you that it's more lol since I have gained a lot of the weight back. If you've never had it done, they just take measurements with this litte gadget and it takes a reading, quite painless. Just remember, the more muscle you have, the higher the reading will be, but it doesn't mean you are overweight.
