Good start today, over 600 carbs before 10 am :)
Took nap, will generate huge appetite with a workout and then drive straight to Five Guys (will attempt a PR). PR was a success!!!!!!!! Now off for a large cupcake run!

Having an all-time high for sugar intake today.

Just woke up Deep! Feeling great! I went for more carbs, especially sugars yesterday and it was great!

Will be a 'game within the game tonight' as I will try and see how many pieces of pizza I can throw down!

Glad your ok. Slight concern when I saw no post today. Possible blown gasket? I think you'll have a higher scoring pizza game than Green Bay. Fat squat making his spagetti sauce in game prep. I had a friend who always ate natural foods, until I told him most people die of natual causes.

Getting really fired up now Deep (wont call you FatSquat!). Will be playing some basketball as a strategic rest to rid some of the water intake! Feel great today though after the intake, no side effects.

"I have this friend", his name is Fat Squat. He cooks here sometimes. He isn't sensitive about the name or much else. Deep is the only one that makes to the gym.
