Emma stayed the night last night and it was great, no fighting or hurt feelings, Paige spent the first night in her own home, Im really proud of her, and glad to have my own home back. I have a lot of work to do around here, I need to find my motivation now, Weigh in was great 4 lbs down. I hope to lose at least 3 lbs a week for the 16 in 6 weeks. but I need to make sure I get my calories in at least 5 times a day because I dont get so hungry if I eat more often, I had trouble twice this week with very bad cravings....... the kind that hit you so hard they make you shake, the kind that have a very powerful sence of urgency. It was after dinner (1 HOUR) both times so I got some water, did my self talk and found something to do. it passed in about fifteen mins, this kind of thing erodes away my self confidence in my ability to stay with my diet, a thing has derailed me in the past, I think my momentum helped me this time and I just kept telling myself to expect this kind of craving It is phisical proof that my body is adjusting to less calorie intake and it will pass... both times I had dipped under 900 calories because i was trying to save up for our lunch out, so I will try to make sure this doesnt happen again by keeping over 900 calories and saying it will get better , it will pass, and I am proud of myself for weathering the storm.
