The last day of the 3-Day Diet. It will be interesting to see just how much I have managed to lose.

I think weight loss based on Weight Watchers program works just as well.

Yes, it does when you really stick with it. When I get back to basics and really track every morsel, I lose. When I start grabbing a bite hear, a taste there, I don't. Hope you have a nice loss!
