1250 kcal Fat: 97.60g | Prot: 65.76g | Carb: 38.84g.   Breakfast: country crock, Baking powder, durkee ground cinnamon, splenda, Flaxseed meal, philadelphia whipped cream cheese. Lunch: Kraft twists, great value ranch dressing, bacon bits, Great value colby and monterey jack shredded cheese. Dinner: ground beef, Great value all natural mild picante sauce, great value sour cream, great value clby and monterey jack shredded cheese. Snacks/Other: black olives, raw radish, Walnuts, black olive, raw radish, raw celery, cauliflower, mushrooms, cucumber, head lettuce. more...
