I'm still stuck -- my weight is just NOT moving. Yesteray, I decided to pull out my pocket notebook to track calories for a week or so. Perhaps I'm eating more than I think I am. I've also amped up my treadmill workouts. In January I was on that thing for an hour everyday, except Sundays. February slipped to around 45 minutes, and I missed 2 days a week on average. So, I'm going to try to do 3-4 miles every day; and get a 2nd workout in a couple times a week. I am SO sick of this Wisconsin winter, that I am feeling trapped. I absolutely cannot wait until I can get out to walk outside. I just need 50 degrees. Fingers-crossed. My dogs have their fingers-crossed too. Grin.
