Breakfast was YUMMY! I miss my chocolate. I can have this every once in a while. It's not bad, numbers-wise and tastes yummers. I actually have the energy to exercise now, but have to wait a few hours before I do. So, I'll probably do the 30-Day Shred once hubby leaves for work.
