Well today is Saturday and it started at 5 am. Helped out a friend and went to Curve's and did my workout while she was at her church's yard sale. Everything I do has to workout around me going to Curve's. I have this one thing that I do for me and only me and nothing is going to stand in my way cuz I am taking this weight off for nobody but me. It has rained most of the day and the weekend so far but this up and coming week is to be nice. So I am going to try and get some walking in and hopeful help take off a few extra lbs.
