I am hoping that I will continue doing well. I know that my weight fluctuates and think the weigh in was on the high side but time will tell. Hope to continue to lose one pound plus a week.

Thanks for your kind words, last week I didn't lose or gain so this was kind of catch up. But it sure is nice to approach a weight (150) that I have not seen for years. Looking forward to fitting into my favorite suit that I wore to my daughter's high school graduation in 2003.

Colette I hear you!!!!. I am in the same boat as you. Losing one or two pounds a week and love seeing it come OFF. I have lost 23 pounds as of today and I know someday soon that it will slow down and get harder to lose the weight the closer I get to my goal. I started at 185 and now I am at 162, with a goal of 145. You are doing a GREAT JOB if each week you see some weight is coming OFF and you never see it going ↑UP↑! Keep up the great work Colette!!!
