I followed my plan pretty poorly for the first half of the week so I knew that I wouldn't be losing that much weight. But I really want to lose about two pounds a week and i know that its possible, considering I've done it before and the fact that I lost one pound in half a week. I just have to really focus on my eating and not having any sweets, that's always my downfall. I really have to stick to no more than 12-15 points a day.
