This is my first day, I really just want to get back to what I was at the end of high school, which was around 120. I only have nine more pounds to go, and I want to be at my goal for spring break, which is in about 5 weeks. I figure if I can aim for two pounds a week, which is considered healthy, I can make my goal. My main problem is those tiny snacks such as a few m and m's here, and a tiny cookie there. I have to say no to the tiny snacks. That's where my problem is. I'm also gonna stay away from alcohol as much as I can. We'll see how this goes. Hopefully when I weigh in next Thursday night, I will be 127. I also want to try to work out, although that's really hard with dance everyday, it tires me out. But I want to try to workout at least three times a week, preferrably five, on top of dance. Yikes!!
