It is tough trying to figure out where you can eat and still stay within your daily calorie count. Yesterday I went over by 196 calories which is not good. I have not weighed myself since I started because I want to do only once a week. I still need to add in some daily exercises. Now we start the weekend which then becomes really hard. Water! Water! Water! I still don't understand how some people can drink 2 liters of water a day. I do know that the water is better than the diet cola.

I just read your post. I was having a lot of trouble with this as well. I am a very busy Mom, so there are a lot of times where I am forced to either eat out or not at all. If you have a smart phone you can download the fatsecret calorie counter app. It has been a life saver. It not only counts calories but has a list of all major restaraunts and the nutrional value of their food. I love it!! I hope this helps!
