Gaining a lot of muscle. My belt is getting looser too so I’m not deterred by the scale. Surprised I actually lost weight lol. Happy Friday everyone! Sunday is on the way!
229.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
