Greetings and salutations.

today was a good day. I hate eggs.. i hate eggs i hate eggs. yes i had eggs for breakfast.. thinking i could cover up the taste with veggies.. no.. did not work... i almost puked. can your tastes change that much? i did not like them before.. but now.. very not good. so i had a piece of toast.. and was fine.

its almost lunch time right now, and so im getting ready to make my grilled cheese with i cant belive its not butter spray. that should work wonders i hope. anywho.. my sugars are down today.. YAAA so very happy.

the thought that made me check them, i felt hungry and my head started to spin a lil as well as my tummy was feeling nausiated. so i checked my sugars at it was at 123.. now i hope it stays at that level for the next week. ill be doing my best to keep it there..

instead of working out today, i cleaned the house.. it was way cool.. i mopped the floors and swept and vaccumed. i did not realise that i had let it get so bad. well it kinda happens when the only rooms im in are the kitchen and my bedroom..lol

anywho.. i seem to be in a positive mood today. wich is very good. and i like that. my emotions are not bouncing around so much.. today anyway. its almost the end of the phase.. at school and im fininshing up all the school work thats due. oh crap i forgot a chapter.. damn..

well ill get it done tomorrow. anywho.. i have appointment on friday with the doc. so hopefully ill get some strait answers on the amount of carbs i can have. i have kinda measured 90-100 a day.. which is alot. expecally for me.
