Day 2 with fatsecret. This website is pretty awesome! I hope to stick with it and continue to track my progress here.
I have told several friends to join, but so far I think I am the only one. This is ok with me because I have to be the one to make the changes in my life that are needed to suceed.
I will be working very hard to work towards my goal. I missed my spin class last night, but I will not beat myself up over it. There are plenty of opportunities during the week that I encounter to pick up additional workouts.
