Broke in my new running shoes today! Had a great workout, but missed my workout partner. Doing good with food journaling too! Still feeling motivated! WooHooo!!

Working out with someone always makes it better! I've gotta get back into gear about writing what I eat. I'm fine until I get home. Then I just forget to.
