Day 2: I think I did OK today. Not as good as yesterday. I had some of my husbands seafood chowder which is a real eye opener. A lot of calories and fat!! I did eat some fiber though. It is 4:45. I just had two bowls of salad and now I am having some hot green tea for dessert. I just hope I don't have any night cravings!!
