OK, here it goes. This has been a tough winter. 2 feet of snow on the ground, freezing cold temps and more snow coming! My kids have had 3 snow days already and love baking cookies cakes you name it. I am embarrassed to say I have gained 10 lbs since the summer and on a 5'1'' frame it is not pretty!! Today is my first day to take charge. I have decided to count calories. So far I have consumed 450 cals and I have taken a 45 minute spin class. I am ready to take charge!!
