Down 3lbs. this week! I have to say I did reasonably well following my plan of 1500 calories a day. Some days I was a little to under but I figure that makes up for the one day I went over and caved to my cravings. I am what I call an angry cleaner...when stressed or pissed off I clean top to bottom, generally while stuffing my face. However, this week I discovered instead of cleaning I hit the treadmill and ran until I almost fell off from being tired. And since I was running I could not stuff my face!
I am looking forward to continuing this week and trying a few new things. (Had fish tacos for the first time ever tonight...they were just ok.) More fresh veggies and fruit need to be added this week. Feeling wonderful thus far!
