Yesterday was a travel day after an out-of-town meeting. Too much fast food during the day and not too wise at night.
Today is a new day. My scales need a battery...maybe that's a good thing :) So far am eating well. It is so icy I am kind of nervous about walking. Maybe some good old housework will give me some exercise.
