Week 1
I am just plain tired of being overweight and it's time to make a difference. My wife and I are doing this together so we will have each other to build on. This morning I prepared the first healthy breakfast I've ever had: egg whites, unsweetened peaches, whole grain bread and 4 oz orange juice; it was delicious! This is technically my second week on a reduced calorie plan but my first week on fatsecret.com .
