Yesterday was the day where I truly started not stuffing my face out of boredom. I didn't think I did very well but somehow was within my calorie count, my fat intake however was too much. Trying a new recipe this week and focusing on smart choices and portion control. Already going to be a stressful week so I am fully aware this week will be a challenge and hoping to control my stress eating with the bigger goal in mind.
