Down 9.4 lbs from January. I quit smoking in November, and jumped up to 250.2 lbs. 13 lbs in almost 6 weeks. I've got to lose a bit more to get back to where I started, but taking it in slow steps. Trying to hold to 1200 calories or very close to it per day.
240.8 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
