No progress this week. This sucks. Maybe I am eating too much salad. I have read 3 to 6 cups on the atkins plan. I think I was losing more when I was just eating eggs and meat. Anyone know if there is a limit to those atkins endulge bars? I am addicted to the chocolate coconut. I have been eating one daily.

I get stalled out on those bars. Maybe stop for a few days and see if that helps. They would be more of a concern than salads, I think.

Mommie23 - yes, you can stall yourself out eating too much salad. Increase your FAT (surprise it's good for you) and go back to the eggs and meat (with moderate vegetables - low carb of course). If you're craving the chocolate in the atkins endulge bars make some of these instead : http://tifanietbd.blogspot.com/2013/04/fat-bombs.html I substitute the lowest carb and lowest sugar natural peanut butter I can find for the almond butter. YUMMY! I used to put the mixture in the snack sized baggies and flatten. Then I broke down and purchased a 24 mini brownie silicon pan from Wilton (the cake people). Just made life simpler.
