I just had a great Monday workout totaling a 1 hour and 40 min. of actual workout time as follows:
20 min weights
15 min bike (4 miles)
15 min run (1.53 miles)
25 min walk on incline
25 min elliptial

I am happy with this! I am getting in a training zone for both working out and eating as the triathlon is in 2 weeks now. I want to be as light and fit as I can be in that time. It is really good to have these goals ahead of me to shoot for even more than weight loss.

That's probably why you are so successful! You're concentrating on health and conditioning and good nutrition. An athletic lifestyle. Much more motivating than being 'on a diet'! Can't wait to hear all about your triathalon success!
