Well, here we are at the first of another year. I am so sick of being fat. My daughter had gastric bypass surgery in December and has lost 43 lb. I am so very proud of her. Gastric bypass is certainly NOT the easy way out for weight loss. Aside from the obvious surgical recovery issues, Amy has gagging issues daily and has to sometimes regred her decision for this surgery.
I try to think of what she is going thru to get healthier, and try to at least make some better food choices for myself.
