I can't believe I can't eat 2000 calories each day. Of course, I'm not eating things I shouldn't, either. I'm taking frozen Lean Cuisine, WW and Healthy Choice dinners for lunch with yogurt. I certainly don't get hungry in the PM and they cost less than I probably might spend on lunch at the canteen.
My daughter is such a support. She encourages me and makes me feel like I CAN succeed. I'm going to look into the on-line group she suggested on this site. It is a Christian group and I have asked God to help me, so I believe this is one of his ways to help me.
