On Tuesday, 7/20, I joined a 7-week weight loss program at work. We will have weekly weigh-ins and a different presenter each week. Our Nutritionist and Behavioral Counselor are two of them coming up. I want to use this to help me increase my daily exercise and limit my caloric intake to facilitate weight loss. My first goal would be to get below 200 lb.
223.9 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 July 2011:
1685 kcal Fat: 75.58g | Prot: 86.08g | Carb: 173.24g.   Breakfast: Sara Lee Honey wheat bread, peach, 1 % milk, Cheerios. Lunch: Lowfat Plain Yogurt, My homemade Meatloaf, braeburn apple, cantaloupe. Dinner: Sweet onion salad dressing, romaine lettuce, strawberries, ground beef. Snacks/Other: Nature Valley bar. more...
