Down a half pound (likely more, I had winter clothes on as well as my jacket and stuff) when I visited the doctor.
Not a great visit. My A1C and sugar are high and he wants me on Metformin. I knew this was coming and I didn't do anything to avoid it. Picked the prescription up but need to get a testing kit before I start. Not a journey I wanted but this runs in my family. Means a sudden shift in a lot of things. I am determined not to let this get more of an upper hand.
I've got to stay more disciplined. Going in with a positive attitude. Everyone have a great day!
