Happy Valentines Day. I don't think I have ever had so many people give me chocolate, and I have never been strong enough to give it away, before today. I'm so thrilled with myself today. I'm not even tempted. Let's hope this continues through T.O.M.
I broke down and weighed myself today. I don't have a scale at home, because it just makes me crazy. I weigh at work, and after 5 days ( a couple of meals being off plan), I have lost 5 pounds, a pound a day, I will take that, thank you :)
