Well I am on the path to weight loss once again. I am giving myself 3 months to lose 30 lbs. If I don't, I am going to have to get the stomach band. My friend got the stomach band and had 100 lbs to lose. She has lost 80 lbs to date. I really don't want to go in for surgery so that is why I am trying to eat healthy and excercise and see if I can do it myself. The way the stomach band works is to reduce the amount of food you eat. I should be able to do that myself. I will do it myself. I have done a great job of eating healthy today. Tomorrow I will begin the excercise. I can do this.
I am also going to keep my food diary in this journal because I am having a hard time with the diet calendar. Today I had the following:
Lunch - tossed salad with grilled chicken, cheddar cheese and salsa for dressing
Dinner - 2 whole wheat tortilla's, egg beaters, reduced fat cheese and strawberries.
Snack - Almonds
