The weather here in the desert southwest has been perfect for my walks this week, making getting my exercise all that much more enjoyable. My blood pressure has been better too!!

1) I took the trail that runs along the edge of the Little Picacho Wash today. That's the wash in the foreground. In the distance you can see the Castle Dome Mountains.

2) The sunset last evening was especially spectacular. This was the view from our campsite.

3) How about that blood pressure!?!? This was my reading today! 😃
