Well my sons gone back to school today so I guess its time to up my walking if these rashes can stay away, wrapt I've lost 4.1kg so far although I noticed its a lower amount lost each week . Got a heap of house work to get done 1st and need to cut back or stop on cuppas each day and learn how to eat properly not just cheaply.
