Running room clinic is up and running - no pun intended. LOL!
I am a registering for my first race! It is only 5k but a year ago at this time I couldnt run from my couch to the fridge. If I can manage the 5k without crossing the finish line on a stretcher then I will start training for a 10k for the fall. Kinda nervous - very excited. 16 March seems like it is just around the corner! I have lots of work to do before the race. Last week I ran Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. I am thinking I may have to up my frequency.
I am down 5 lbs since my last weigh in. 15 pounds to my goal. :)
